Easy process, ships confidentially, all people that have called were so polite

Shipping takes forever and I'm never really sure when it's shipped. Shipped to wrong address the last time. Expensive considering how much bc really cost now a days and their calls from physicians aren't the best. Took a while to get one to contact me and then took forever to ship. Need to step up... Imo

Fast & simple service

Getting birth control used to be a pain. But this site has made it so much easier! It’s cheaper, discreet, and more convenient. (They no longer can ship to my state, which sucks, but that isn’t their fault; most likely my state’s!) If you can use them, I would highly recommend.

The state I live in requires that you have had a consultation with the online physician to call. I gave them specific times that I was available to talk, they never called when I was available. After several missed calls and waiting to talk to a physician so I could go back on birth control after project ruby’s mishaps, I finally received a call from a physician who was extremely rude to me. She insinuated that I was dumb because I hadn’t taken a pregnancy test. No one in the company told me that it was policy to take a pregnancy test before speaking to them. Since I hadn’t not done this, she wasn’t allowed to approve the prescription. Nearly a month of no birth control, hormones completely f’ed, and all the bs, you’d think someone, anyone in this company could have simply told me the requirements. Get your s together, PR.

A great organization with an even better mission!

I had never tried birth control before because I was broke and didn't have a primary care physician. I was also too embarrassed to go to a clinic or seek out ways to access it. PRJKT RUBY gave me a comfortable way, discreet way to access birth control, not to mention without a visit to the doctor's office. I've been in contact with my doctor at least once and received a timely response with professional recommendations or advice that I would expect from any other physician. The auto refill system has been a life saver as I can easily adjust it to fit my needs (such as needing to wait to get paid or if I lose a pack). They follow up relatively frequently to ensure my medical status is up to date and make sure to remind me of conditions that may affect the effectiveness of my birth control. I love this company and I've already recommended it to some of my friends.
