Great customer service

Every time I have tried to order here for the last year and a half, it has been a fight. Every time i get an email saying that I am a new customer so it takes them more than a week to get me my pills. It has been for various reasons too: I need to consult with their 'doctors' first, my card has been declined after they already took the money out of my account, or my address is wrong. Mind you, I have tried buying from them regularly so I have an account. Same card, same address, everything. When they answer the phone the man seems alright(assuming he fixed it this last time, I never get accurate emails or tracking numbers when they bother to give me one and did not get an email this time), but with how bad the system is I'm starting to worry if there isn't actually something shady going on. If you take birth control, you know how bad it is to miss a few days, so please understand why I am upset.

Finally, I can get the pill that I want reliably! I don't get flak from my doctor, no arguing with the pharmacist (and then the pharmacist arguing with the supplier), no contract disputes that result in it being out of stock for a month at all pharmacies within 30 minutes.

Simple and affordable. I have never had any issues with orders/payments (have been using PRJKT Ruby for over a year now). Customer service is great - answers my all questions/concerns - and will have Dr call to follow up. I love the auto ship feature - I never had to remember to get my pills "refilled" or head to the Rx to pick it up. Cost is still same price I would pay if I went thru my insurance - but without the hassle of the Dr office. Highly recommend them! :)

Placed an order on a Thursday and was guaranteed delivery by Saturday. Got an email and phone call on Friday saying that my payment was declined. I called back right away and they said I received the message in error and that my payment had been processed and order would be received Saturday. No package received on Saturday so I called again and they said the payment was declined and they apologized for the error on their end. Then guaranteed my package would be delivered by Tuesday. It’s now Wednesday and still no package. Now the order will be ineffective and I cannot use it. I have left messages and sent emails and still no response. The disorganization is evident and the customer service is poor. So disappointed, I will never rely on Project Ruby again.
