PRJKT RUBYReviews of prjktruby.com

I would give 5 stars, however I once had to do expedited shipping and it took longer to arrive than normal shipping, but at a much higher cost. Otherwise, I really love this service and their employees are well-trained and very helpful.

Great company only compliant is the phone consultations you cant pick a time to call so you have to spend all day waiting for a phone call and that's hard to do in my line of work

The one time I've ever needed to call customer service, they were absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Great company, I love them!

Excellent service and accessibility! I thought this was too good to be true, but nope, it came in the mail just as promised!

It was so simple and easy too awhile but once I called to done out what was going on they were so quick to resolve the matter I would give them a B+

I have been a Project Ruby user for a little over a year and have been so satisfied. The only problems I have ever had were tech ones on my side. The teleadoc was friendly and answered all my questions. I get my order in two weeks of the conformation email. And they let me adjust my payments to when my paydays are not when they want a payment. While I could get cheaper birth control through a doctor, when I signed up I didnt have insurance. Plus it helps another woman get asscess to family planning too. Love it!

Easy to use, affordable as heck, I told my gyn doctor and she was impressed and has been recommending to her patients as a sensible solution. For something so necessary and helpful, it’s a blessing to have this site/program. Absolutely recommend.

When I first discovered PRJKT RUBY I didn't end up using their service because I figured it must be difficult or confusing or weird to do a video call. Awhile later I sort of re-discovered it and decided to proceed because I was having a really hard time even getting on the phone to make an appointment with my super-busy OBGYN. I am amazed at how easy PRJKT RUBY was. Beyond pleased and grateful that I was able to get birth control so easily and quickly.
