Sometimes questions are answered by unqualified Customer Service Representatives rather than a physician, even you when directly email your prescribing doctor you sometimes get a response from a CSR. CSR's should handle billing issues,etc. But when I ask question to a physician regarding my medication, side effects, and its comparison to another medication I should not receive a response from a CSR. In fact, this may pose some serious legal ramifications for you.

Yes I got my order, timely and correct. But the doctor who prescribed my pills was rude over the phone rushed and did not answer my question. When I emailed PRJKT Ruby to voice a legitimate concern over the prescription I would be taking I never received a reply. But have been asked multiple times to rate and review PRJKT Ruby via email.
