It was as simple as they stated. Received a call confirming my order and set me up with a time to go over the choices with a doctor. Within days after the phone call my birth control was at my door. No poking and prodding needed as it’s beeb working for the past few years... why take time off work for something you’re already confident in. Love it!!

I love getting my bc from PRJKT RUBY. The video appointment & prescription renewals are so quick and easy. I swear they never take more than 10 minutes. I love that it’s delivered to my door, I don’t have to go to the pharmacy every month to pick it up and shipping is always so fast! They always quote me something like 8-10 days and then it arrives like 2 days later. On top of how convenient it is for me I love that this company uses my money to pay for another woman’s birth control. Such a fantastic company!

Project Ruby is awesome for making bc so accessible and available but my last two orders were delayed without warning way longer than expected. For something as time sensitive as birth control that was anxiety inducing. One order said it was shipping but took an extra week to arrive and on another I had trouble with payment without debit card and then the order was postponed for 5 extra days while I missed confirmation calls at work and there were no call back numbers or anyone responding to my concerned emails.
