I rely a lot on the service since I don't have health insurance. I really hate the required phone consultation, though, because it's very tiresome to hear someone scold me for not getting a pap smear over and over and over again after I'd already told them I don't have the insurance to pay for it. Not having insurance is most of the reason why people use PRJKT RUBY in the first place.

As an ftm that appears completely transitioned, Project Ruby provides me with access to the birth control products I still need without judgement. These guys are awesome and always will to answer any question or concern. I’d rather pay for privacy as opposed to being asked by my insurance provider why a male is being prescribed the pill. From personal experience, I know how retail pharmacy’s approached my needs and it wasn’t very nice.
