prjkt ruby was a lifesaver. I was unaware that the insurance rules changed for annual check ups, and panicked because my prescription was running out within the week. The customer service was very good. I was called within the time ranges given and the medication arrived timely. The only problem I ran into was having to sign for the package. I work normal hours and had to have it sent somewhere else to pick up. This did delay my taking the medicine. At this point I can’t say if it worked or not but I had no side effects taking it and that’s a huge bonus!
