Quick, easy, simple

This process was so simple! It was my first time ordering birth control, so I had no idea which one to choose. Their "help me choose" option made me feel secure in the choice they gave me because of the types of questions that they asked about my preferences and health background. When the doctor called, he was kind, explained things well, and let me voice any concerns or questions that I had about the medication or the process. My birth control arrived in a timely manner, and it came with plenty of information so that I was sure about how and when to take it. I would definitely recommend using PRJKT RUBY!

I have enjoyed using PRJKT RUBY for a little over two years now. It is a convenient and reliable way of receiving birth control in a timely manner. This past order was a little difficult, however. My prescription had expired and I needed to accept a call from a physician. I work in a busy dental office, so accepting a call would be difficult, although not impossible as long as I could plan ahead. I confirmed by text that I would be available in the next 24 hours to accept the call, but it never came. I contacted PRJKT RUBY and was told that the physician tried calling twice and received no answer, but I didn't have any missed calls. Perhaps they called the wrong number, no worries. So we set up another call for the following Monday since no one would be able to assist me over the weekend. The call unfortunately came the day after specified, a Tuesday when I was unavailable. I reported this to customer support, and the same issue repeated itself again. Whenever I approved a call for a specific day, the call came a day later. This happened on multiple occasions setting me back two weeks and forcing me to skip an entire month of BC in order to stay on track. Thankfully, everyone was very understanding of my situation and we eventually were able to get things sorted. This has been the only issue I've ever experienced using PRJKT RUBY, but it was a frustrating one. I will continue using this service and recommending this service to others, but I would recommend making orders ahead of time, as a fail-safe. I will say that their customer service reps are very kind, professional, and eager to help when things go awry.

Very convenient way to order birth control. Only problem I had this time was it took more than 3 days for the docter to call me and I paid for 2 day shipping because I needed my birth control but started my new pack 2 days late. Otherwise its a good and easy way to get birth control.
