Wonderful Service! The associate Kip was an awesome representative and helped a lot! I take Lutera (previously known as Aubra), & when i first began over a year ago, I had a short temper with the symptoms, but the birth control works well for me after my body got accustomed to it!

I love PRJKT RUBY and its been a really great experience using their service! Their customer service is amazing and they above and beyond to take care of any issues that come up. My reason for only 4 stars is because when I renewed my prescription, the Dr. that renewed it was no longer with PRJKT RUBY, so my prescription was cancelled without providing an reason as to why I was being prompted by email to set up a time to call to have my prescription renewed. The first CS agent didn't really explain it and there was an issue on their side to taking care of it, but the 2nd Customer Service agent explained the reason and expedited(same day) the necessary phone call to renew the prescription.
