I love getting my birth control pills delivered rather then having to run to the pharmacy every month. It is also cheaper then getting it through my insurance and the auto refill means I don't even have to remember to order more. My only issue was that my first 3 orders were all different brands. My last order was the same brand I've been on and I'm hoping it stays that was as my body has responded differently to each one.

I never have to think about my birth control outside of remembering to take it. Project Ruby makes life simpler and I love the fact that I'm contributing to an organization that aids women in getting access to reproductive care who otherwise wouldn't have it.

Stress-free no-worries approach to birth control. A simple survey and a digital consult with a doctor makes getting it very easy. No judgment (especially nice for us younger ones that are trying to treat polycystic ovary syndrome and usually get judged by doctors that assume we are promiscuous). Auto refill makes it easy so my birth control always comes on time.

I sent multiple emails to try and cancel my auto ship before it went out. I got an email saying it was processing so I sent another email and didn’t hear anything. So I have a supply of birth control that I don’t need and was charged when I gave plenty of notice to cancel.

I signed up for auto refill in January for refills in June. I forgot the refill was coming up by the time June rolled around and my card was charged without a reminder email being sent. I was very upset. I had my card frozen because it was also under a different name and I thought my card was hacked. I received an email saying my card would be charged the day after the charge occurred. I will definitely change to a company that lets you know before charging your account. I was also confused as to why there was only 2 packs in that shipment when it t normally 3.
