The customer service is amazing and the service itself is reliable and easy. I love that I don't have to even think about my refills and renewals. I get plenty of notice to renew or fix any billing issues so that I don't miss any shipments. Everyone I've dealt with on the phone is pleasant and efficient.

I've been ordering from Prjkt Ruby for a while now & I highly recommended them. I don't have insurance so they're a real life saver when it comes to my birth control. The doctors are great, customer service is excellent. They inform you if your birth control is under a new name. And you can choose to donate to a good cause. All in all 10 out of 10!
