Exactly what I ordered, friendly doctor and customer service. I am in a region that required a video consultation. While it went well and I felt safe the wait time was much longer than advertised- so make sure you have an hour or two to leave the computer on standby. I wouldn't have known the queue time but customer service gladly informed me since I thought the service just wasn't working. Will use again!

Great people, great company. They make having access to affordable birth control convenient and easy. This is a great company to go to if you struggle finding affordable birth control. The doctors are professional and thorough. The customer service is great as well. They are willing to go above and beyond to help you if any problem should arise. I can't reccomend this company enough.

Perfect for cheap birthcontrol.

I had to change the shipping address on my account, but you can’t do that on your own from the website so I had to message someone on the site. They were closed at the time and when you send a message outside of their customer service hours it doesn’t get recorded anywhere and the message gets lost. The package ended up getting shipped to my old address and wasn’t forwarded, so they were really helpful with reshipping my order right away. It would have been a lot more convenient if I could change my shipping address and the whole thing wouldn’t have happened.
