Getting my birth control was quick and efficient. I got a phone call from PRJKT RUBY within 24 hours of submitting my request, got a call from the doctor within a business day of my request, and had my pills in hand five days from when I realized that my insurance wasn't going to cover my next month's prescription.

My preliminary experience with PRJKT Ruby was really positive, however about four months ago, there was a change in the manufacturing of my birth control and I was sent a new brand without much forewarning. My auto-refill was at the same time also changed to every 2 months without my approval, even though my auto-refill still indicates that I should be receiving 3 months worth. I was unable to modify it online,and customer service is non-responsive, which resulted in a massive gap in my prescription. I had to purchase an order in addition to my auto-refill to get my birth control within the week, which defeats the prupose of an autorefill. Through this all customer service still has not responded to my email from 1 week ago regarding my concerns.

We had a change in manufacturer for a few products, and we had to adjust the auto refill schedule for one cycle. We should've communicated that more clearly, and we will do better in the future.
