I never have trouble getting my prescription from this website, though I do wish the auto-refill schedule was a bit more customizable. I have to play around with my cycle a bit and so it doesn't fit quite neatly into every 28x3 days.

Reliable, but consultations suck. They switched the brands of my original bc, and after that I had a really hard time adjusting to the new one. I called to have the entire pill changed from the mini-pill to combination pill, and the doctor I spoke to was very aggressive. She told me that if I don't get a Pap smear within the year I would be at risk to no longer receive bc from them. It was really upsetting to be threatened. I'm considering getting bc from Planned Parenthood. They are cheaper, and way nicer.

Every time I try to get anything done with this company it's a huge hassle. Multiple phone calls, mistakes made over and over. It's incredibly frustrating. It seems that the base of your advertising is simplicity, yet you utterly fail to be simple in ANY way.
