I have been using private med Labs to get my annual blood test for the past 12 years or so. It makes it incredibly easy. I love the à la carte options when buying your test and how you can see and go over your results before you are in front of a doctor.

They made it simple. All I did was choose the panel I wanted and it showed what would be tested. Gave me an estimate of how long I should expect the last results then helped me on how to improve my out of range markers. Will be using them again in the future.

I've used Private MD Labs a few times now, and it's been awesome every time. Ordering tests is super easy, scheduling with Quest is simple, and I always get my results back pretty quickly. I like being able to order exactly what I need without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. If you like keeping an eye on your health or just want an easy way to get bloodwork done, I'd definitely recommend giving them a try.

Would not recommend. They’ll make you join a subscription service and then if you forget about it (you know, because A YEAR passes), you’ll find out like I did when you look at your credit card statement. No big deal, I’m sure you can cancel, right? Yeah, you definitely can, but the only way to get your money back is if you request it back in credits to use with their bs company. If you want your hard earned money back, you’ll only get 75% of it back. However once you cancel, you’ll get a notification text of your cancellation. Almost like they don’t want to remind you of your subscription via text because they know this will increase the likelihood of your cancellation and they won’t get to rob you of 25% of your fee. Bait and switch crap.

Hi Thomas Please contact us directly so we can look into your specific situation and do our best to resolve this with you. We’ve been in business for nearly a quarter century precisely because we believe in treating our customers fairly and doing right by them. We do, however, want to clarify a few important points. There are no hidden or automatic subscriptions. During checkout, customers must actively choose between a one-time purchase and a subscription renewal frequency. It is not possible to be enrolled in a subscription without selecting a recurring option during checkout. We also send a renewal reminder before a subscription renews, specifically to give customers an opportunity to review or cancel before being charged. We understand that after a year it can be easy to forget something you previously selected, and we understand the frustration of seeing an unexpected charge. However, characterizing this as “bait and switch” or suggesting that we intentionally avoid renewal reminders is simply not accurate. Please reach out to us directly. We’d genuinely like the opportunity to review what happened and see what we can do to make this right. Private MD Labs
