The entire process was relatively simple and good. The lack of human interaction in setting up the appointment was a little disconcerting (alienating). I don't have a cell phone and the web service selection page wanted a number to text in order to get a discount and offered no home phone option at that point. Visiting the lobby was also stark with an impersonal electronic check in. But the actual personnel conducting the blood draw were pleasant and professional with the whole automated procedure being efficient and relatively smooth. 4 stars if there was no home phone omission and 5 stars if the it didn't feel somewhat alienating. Additionally, the LDL/HDL panel doesn't consider the carnivore diet.
