Great exams horrible marketing
I loved the whole process but I really hated how the website tricks you with the false promises of discounts and etc. No 25% discount and if you “refer” a friend you don’t really get credit and most importantly your friends doesn’t in their FIRST order, only on the second. So there is just so much of this lying that I stopped trusting this platform because all the false promises are borderline scam and leave a poor aftertaste after using the platform. Otherwise the “important “ part of actually doing the test was really well done and I’m happy with how quick everything was. However the website does clits and it’s hard to find most popular tests in the search tool once you’ve logged in.

That part matters most, and it’s good to hear it delivered. On discounts and referrals, they should never feel misleading. We don’t intend to present anything as a “false promise.” Referral credits and promotional offers do have specific terms, including when credits are applied, but those terms need to be clear and easy to understand upfront. If that wasn’t your experience, that’s on us to improve. We always stand by our commitments and go out of our way to make everything very clear. There is no fine print and no intention or desire to mislead. We've been in business for over 20 years, specifically because we work hard to do things right. On search and navigation, you should be able to quickly find common tests without friction. We’ll take that feedback seriously and continue improving how results are surfaced once logged in.
