Private MD Labs delivers excellent service with a streamlined process that makes lab testing incredibly convenient. Their website is intuitive, allowing you to easily select the exact panels you need without any hassle. I especially appreciate the frequent discounts—they make comprehensive testing much more accessible. Whether you’re managing ongoing health concerns or just want peace of mind, this service is a reliable go-to.

Very easy to get my hormone levels to monitor my TRT. Would recommend to anyone that takes TRT.

i would give your new website a -10. It's terrible. I'm searching for test with Testosterone and PSA. I used to be able to search for those and come up with a result but the new site seems to only the search the name of the test and not what is being tested. Oh, and I'm still waiting for my results to show. Big Failure

Thank you for the candid feedback this is helpful, even if frustrating to hear. You’re right to expect that searching for something like testosterone and PSA should quickly surface the right panels. The new search experience has been recently improved, and it sounds like it was too limited in how it matches test contents vs. just test names when you tried it. That’s not the intended experience, and we’re actively working on making search much more flexible and intuitive. On your results, you shouldn’t be left waiting without clarity. Some components can take longer depending on the lab and specific tests, but we should be able to see exactly what’s pending and why. If you reach out with your order details, we can check status, identify any delays, and follow up directly with the lab if needed. Appreciate you flagging both issues this is exactly the kind of feedback we use to improve quickly.

We LOVE Private MD. Staff is always helpful on the very rare occasions that an order doesn't work. We get the results very quickly. Plus there are frequent sales and discounts, which really help. We have used Private MD for over 12 years now. Zero complaints. TONS of gratitude!
