Thank you for raising this. What you’re describing is not how our system is designed to work. It is not possible to complete a subscription order without explicitly selecting a recurring interval during checkout. The frequency must be chosen before purchase, and a one-time option is also clearly presented and easy to select. We do not automatically enroll customers into subscriptions based on past orders. On subscription management, there is a way to cancel, and we will always process a cancellation request even if there is any confusion with the interface. If the cancellation option was difficult to find or didn’t work as expected, that is something we want to fix. Moreover you can also contact support to cancel if you're unable to find the cancellation option in your account which is visible for all our customers. We would like to review your specific case and make sure everything is handled correctly. Please reach out with your order details so we can confirm your account status, cancel anything if needed, and address any issues directly.
