The new website is clunky and confusing. Claims there are no test locations near me when I enter my zip code yet there is one 2miles away that doesn’t show up on the site. Tried to send me 90min away to a testing center. The tests are extremely difficult to compare, the price to build the tests if one isn’t pre existing that meets my needs is very expensive. Had a problem adding a coupon code. Overall user experience was terrible in comparison to previous versions based on using this service for 7+ years. I have referred others but they have had the same poor experience so I’m not as confident in recommending your services based on that.

I walked into my local lab, got drawn immediately, and had my secure results in my portal sometimes the same day. No more wasting days going to Dr for labwork. The dashboard makes it incredibly easy to track your markers over time and actually understand what your numbers mean.
