I have been using Privat MD Labs for several years as my trusted partner in health. Easy to access and order my labs, great knowledge base of information, ( even my GP does not provide this level of detail, the unfortunate truth, many don't). You can use HSA/FSA for payment; costs are extremely reasonable given the level of service provided.
