Easy to schedule and results are easy to read

I liked the convenience and access to find out more about what may be occurring with my body without having to wait for my doctor. The results came back super fast.

Easy process, ease of scheduling lab work and great communication

The ordering process is simple, I get to use the lab of my choice, and results are in quicker than when my PCP orders the same labs! I couldn't ask for better service

I love a lot of things about Private MD Labs, especially the ease in which I can order my own tests and how easy it is to schedule an appt at Quest. I do keep getting confused about subscriptions and have to ask for help. However, there is an ongoing issue for over 1 year in which I text the support number and my text and often follow-up texts simply do not reach you. Megan has communicated this issue in the past and has recommunicated it again because quite frankly after 7-8 months I completely forget that my texts don't go through. This has been an extremely frustrating situation for me and needs to be resolved. I have sent screen shots via email so it can be researched, but the issue has persisted for far too long. I also recently referred my daughter with my referral link, but I don't see anywhere where that was activated and I can't find it anywhere in my acct and she can't find it in her acct. Also I find the website still clunky to use and the search function doesn't resolve issues for me. Overall still love the fact that I can get my own tests, but everything else continues to be a bit difficult for me. I think you should publish a feedback email other than support where I can express my challenges and feedback.
