We’ve built multiple ways to log in, including Face ID, password reset via a simple email link, and phone number login with a text message link. Thank you for bringing this to our attention this is not acceptable and we understand why it’s concerning. What you’re describing with the total changing and then seeing two charges should not happen. Please contact [email protected] as we need to review your order to confirm exactly what occurred and make sure you’re only charged correctly. This is the first time I'm coming across a customer experience like the one you mention, so any additional details you could give us would be helpful. Please contact our support team with your order details and a screenshot if possible. We will investigate this immediately, correct any billing issues, and ensure any duplicate or incorrect charges are resolved quickly. We also want to understand why the total displayed differently at checkout versus the receipt so we can prevent this from happening again.
