Do NOT use. They will mess up and waste your time.

2nd time using this company. First time was terrible. Decided to give them another try. 2nd time was no better. First showed up for appointment, they did not have me in the system. Privatemdlabs never sent my information to the lab where I was getting the blood drawn. Waited for an hour for a response to get it fixed. The company then decided to offer me 50$ in store credit as “compensation”. Spoiler: you can only use 25$ credit per order. So despite me already have 175$ in store credit, I would have to send in 11 more orders for lab results to use all my credits. Do not bother to use this company as they will waste half your day. There are far better options for the prices they charge. Will not use them again.

We do want to clarify one point regarding the credits: the $50 store credit issued as compensation can be used in full on a single order. The $25-per-order limit only applies to promotional credits (such as referral or first-time customer credits), which are structured differently. We understand how that may have been confusing and appreciate you calling it out. Regarding your appointment experience, this is not the standard we aim to deliver. In rare cases like the one you experienced, orders may require additional review before being transmitted to the lab, which can cause delays like the one you experienced.
