Got exactly what I was expecting fast results and smooth experience

I did my test on Saturday and got the results on Sunday for testosterone and estradiol immuno assays. Less than 24 hours. Went to Quest Diagnostics, in and out very quickly, great service on location, no surprise fees. Customer service from Private MD Labs was pretty quick to answer, just wish there was a number to call.

Private MD labs offered me the option of scheduling my own blood work instead of waiting one month for my provider's appointment. I was able to scroll thru the tests offered and found one that had the perfect combination of things I wanted to know more about.

Great experience from the moment I picked the tests had the explanation and easily navigated the site. Once submitted appointment was confirmed and test results were within 24 hrs depending on the test. Already recommended service to more of our friends. They are cheaper than going in as a walk in client.

Everything was as expected. No hidden fees and straight to the point. I love the ability to customize my panels as well. Overall excellent experience!
