Even though the waiting room was crowded, I was called within a few minutes of my appointment time. The phlebotomist was very pleasant and skilled. I got my results in two days. Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend their services.

Check in was difficult, even the Phlebotomy Technician had a problem with check-in. The only way you can get some help is to knock on the door. No button or buzzer. Then after the knock all I could hear was a voice saying we are to busy with patients. It was getting to the cutoff time of 10 minutes, figuring I would lose my place in line. This method does not work. Many older folks have troubles with the technology. This was not the case on my complaint. Check in should be easier.
