I was really impressed with the experience I had with this company. They delivered exactly what they promised, price wise and customer service wise. The whole process was incredibly straightforward and easy. I will be back for more labs in the future. I am a bodybuilder so this is a 💯 percent help for me.

The process with Private MD Labs was very easy from start to finish. Ordering was straightforward, the instructions were clear, and everything went smoothly. I’d definitely use them again.

Hard to cancel subscriptions. Subscriptions can be confusing to navigate and you don’t always hear back when seeking support.
Response from Private MD LabsApr 14, 2026
Hello Andres, We appreciate you sharing your experience. We aim for complete transparency, so it is disappointing to hear that you found the process difficult. To provide some clarity for you and others who use our services: • Easy Cancellation: We value client autonomy, which is why we’ve designed our portal so that subscriptions can be canceled in a few clicks. We purposely keep this option obvious and easy to find to ensure you are always in control of your plan. During the process we do ask you to let us know why you're canceling so we can learn how to improve, but your reply does not change your ability to cancel. • Flexible Scheduling: Our system allows you to easily modify or pause your subscription intervals at any time to better fit your schedule. • Support Response Times: Our team is available Monday through Friday during regular business hours, and we typically respond to all inquiries on the same business day. If a message is sent over the weekend, we prioritize a response first thing Monday morning. We work hard to make our platform as clear as possible. If there is a specific part of the navigation you found confusing, we would welcome the opportunity to hear more so we can continue to improve. Best regards, The Private Md Labs Team

Easy process. Labs in general should be cheaper for hormone panels, but Private MD Labs has some of the best prices I’ve found and a simple process to order what you want.
