Ordering labs is very easy
Ordering labs is very easy. The Quest lab moved on day of my appointment, but Private labs was able to help me make a new appointment. The results and insights are very fast. I love being able to keep track of my bio markers. I highly recommend.

Private MD Labs is basically a provider that hooks you up with an actual lab, so the service they really provide is a platform to view and purchase tests, and see the results. On that end they are fine, but there are a lot of bugs in the site that often cause lack of customization in the tests. In some instances, the same exact test will cost wildly different (100+ dollars in some cases) because items were added in a different order, or on mobile vs web.

We’ve looked into your concern about pricing differences between mobile and desktop and haven’t been able to reproduce a case where the same panel changes price based on device or order sequence or customization.
That said, if you experienced this, we want to investigate it thoroughly. If you’re open to it, please contact support to share the specific test, device, browser, and steps you took so we can pinpoint exactly what happened. In some cases, outdated browsers or cached sessions can cause unexpected behavior, and we’re continuously improving compatibility.
We also want to clarify our role, as it may not have come through clearly. While we do connect you with certified labs, we also do much more that isn't instantly visible. Our platform is designed to simplify and enhance the entire experience:
* You can access results as they come in, rather than waiting 7–10 days for a full report to be completed.
*Great pricing in many instances because of our large order volumes.
* We aim help simplify test selection and avoid confusion around complex panels.
* Appointments can be easily modified, and our support team can assist directly when needed.
* We offer flexible cancellation, exchange, and refund policies that are often not available when booking directly with large labs.
* Our support team is accessible Monday through Friday to resolve issues quickly and personally, something that isn't always easy with large labs.
*We provide enhanced reporting making it easy to understand what next steps you can take.
*We also are able to offer many tests not available directly with the labs in some instances.

I have been using PrivateMD labs for 11…
I have been using PrivateMD labs for 11 years and it makes it easy to monitor my own health. I have all those years of trends to look back on to catch trends that may need adjusting or monitoring. My only complaint is that it now takes much longer to get results back than it used to. Usually a week or so for results when it previously would only be 1-3 days. I think this started when the switch to Quest labs was started. Other than that I would give 5 stars and will continue to use PrivateMD Labs to monitor my health.

I’ll admit I was very skeptical at first, but a trusted friend uses MD Labs, so I gave it a try. Exceptional, not only was the process much more straightforward and easier than going to a doctor, but I tested their customer service as well. I asked a question about my labs, and got a response immediately.
