Hi Lehuti, We’re sorry to hear about your experience. Our lab draw locations are operated by our lab partners, so appointment check-in policies are managed on-site by their staff. We understand how frustrating it must have been to arrive and not be able to speak with someone directly regarding your appointment. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our lab partner so they are aware of the communication concerns and your overall experience. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and share your name, along with the date and location of your visit, so we can identify your appointment and address this matter directly with the lab partner.
