Your UV-Proof stickers arent UV-proof. The stickers have an option for Uv-proofing at premium price, however this is a lie. Your "UV-proof" stickers start fading after 6 weeks and are completly grey after 6 months. I find it ridiculous that I am paying a premium for a feature that doesn't work. I called customer service and they told me that claims must be made within 30 days. 30 days is not a long enough time to see the full effects of UV. Since you don't want to improve your product (like you assured me you would last time this happened) and don't want to refund for a feature that doesn't work I see no other option but to spend my money elsewhere.

Fast and great quality

It took a little while to receive my requested hard copy proof which wasn’t even printed on the final paper stock I ordered, the final product looks so sharp! Im thrilled to send out these gorgeous newsletters!

Ordered many items from them and all were good. Had one order that they decided to make in the wrong size. Contacted customer service and they simply did not care. I was shocked at the attitude of (deal with it. Your not getting a refund or the issue fixed. We have plenty of business and do not care if we lose yours). Fortunately they got me to do some shopping and there are many other options out there and cheaper to boot.

Great quality for the price! And came faster than expected. Ready to order more vinyl stickers soon :0)

Just received my stickers. They arrived earlier than estimated, and they look great. They look and feel like quality stickers and I can’t wait to pass them out. I would recommend printrunner and would use them again. I am hearing more often about companies paying for 5 star reviews. This is an honest and solid review for great service.
