Ordering was simple. Uploaded my template, and received the pdf proof within the hour. Once approved, I had my items in had within 10 days. Saves me time and money by having my forms printed instead of printing and padding them myself. Forms look clean - clear, straight print.

I ordered the wrong size they were too big

Rep's were professional, I am disappointed with the item bacause the color was wrong, they are smaller than expected and we can not write on them. In saying that, they were very willing to replace them which is great. I sent an email asking if it was possible to change the size and never got a response. I just do not want another shipment that is not usable.

Print Runner has become our new print source, the product is excellent, the prices are below market average. The customer service has been excellent. The only reason for four stars instead of 5 is they used a third party shipping company that was terrible. My package ended up being 2 days late and traveled from TX, to PHX, to CA, to TUS, to CA, to TUS before it was finally delivered. Print Runner did their best to try to help me get the package, but in the end we all were at the mercy of a shipping company run completely with AI and no humans available to fix the mess.
