The bookmarks are beautiful. This is my second time working with PrintRunner. They're easy to use and have great communication. I look forward to passing these marketing/pitch bookmarks out at the next writer's convention.

I wish this would let me upload a photo. I approved a proof for a design on a magnet and it came back not looking like the proof at all with the entire image skewed to the top and lettering touching or just missing the end of the magnet at the top and a gaping space at the bottom. They look so ridiculous it would show a very unprofessional image so what am I going to do with 200 unusable magnets? They refused money back or to redo and offere 1/3 discount to rebuy but WTH would I want to rebuy when they said it met their "quality expectations"? I showed it to my brother ..he laughed and said "Don't use those ..order from somewhere else." I agree they are unprofessional. So disappointed.

While I love most things about working with Print Runner, the quality control seems to be slipping. We're noticing that more and more often the stickers are cut crooked. While it may only be 50 here and 75 there that's still super annoying since the time it takes to report and get credited is time out of our schedule that we have to spend taking the required photographs to report the problem and then get a partial credit each time. But it's an INCREASINGLY common issue and detracts from my satisfaction as a client for nearly 20 years across a few different businesses. While Print Runner wins on price, that will at some point become not worth being a client any more.

This was my first time using PrintRunner.com. The ordering experience was easy, turnaround was quick and my stickers shipped very fast. I'm pleased with the final results and will be happy to order from them again.
