Excellent customer service! This is my 1st time ordering and I, somehow, made a mistake an ordered something in the wrong size. I contacted them and was fortunate enough to catch to order before it printed. John Louie helped communicate with production to halt the order, make the size changes, and it will only set my order back by a day. No biggie!! I'm impressed with how quickly I was able to get a resolution, AND they were honest enough to tell me the size I needed was cheaper and gave me the credit, no charge for me holding up the order or anything. This all happened at 10pm EST and WOW! I can't believe I was able to get an issue resolved on my time and so quickly! I will order from them again!
