A very pleasant experience
Making an order online was super easy and I was getting proper timely notification for all subsequent steps. Their team supported very well. There was a mistake in my printed banner and most likely it was my mistake in proof approval. The Team at Printrunner, printed another one free of cost and NO charges for urgent delivery since I needed it on an early date for an event. I am really impressed. I will be using Print Runner for all my future requirements, and will recommend others too.

The banner is beautiful..great price…
The banner is beautiful..great price and process was easy . However the second item I need is stuck in invoice hell. Hopefully it will get resolved so that I can place the order

Confusing and Disappointing Experience
I ordered a hard copy proof, I received a message from someone saying I never approved it, so I went and approved it, and then the full printed order and the hard copy proof arrived on the same day. I've never had these issues before, but this process was so confusing and disappointing. I feel their process and customer service has really gone down hill recently.

Excellent communication. I had a slight change when I saw the proof. The technician was able to understand what I wanted and made the right adjustments. The product that I received was excellent.

Excellent experience, best price!
The online "maker" allowed me to make the magnet exactly as I wanted it. I got it that way, and I got it very quickly. And the price was the best I found. Will definitely be back!
