Overall, we are very pleased with the quality of the employee handbook. The print quality, layout, and finished appearance came out great, and we appreciate the work that went into producing it. Our only disappointment was that we specifically requested the handbook be printed as a 40-page book. However, the finished handbook contains only 38 pages. As a result, the employee acknowledgment/signature page became part of the thicker cover stock instead of being printed on a standard interior page. Because employees are required to remove and return the signed acknowledgment page, tearing it out also removes the back cover of the handbook. This leaves the handbook without the protection of its cover, making it less durable and not as professional in appearance. Had the handbook been printed as the requested 40 pages, the acknowledgment page could have been an interior page that employees could remove without damaging the handbook. We hope this can be taken into consideration for future printings.
