Horrible! Disappointed! Would never recommend 👎🏾 Ordered 5 books and received all copies without the book cover (front,back, and spine / nothing) The manuscript was sent as the actual book! How in the hell a credible publishing company make such a massive mistake as this?? In order to get a refund, I need to send back their errors! I paid for expedited expenses to receive mess! Don’t use this company. Save your money and avoid the stress, headache, and disappointment!

Communication to just receive the quote for the job took too long and was really inefficient. Information was conflicting as well. The printing job itself went according to schedule but )because I have worked with other printers I know) took too long of a time. The quality however was really nice. When it was shipped to USPS for their mailing (for which we paid for 1st class postage) and things weren't in mailboxes until 2.5 weeks later I would have hoped that Printivity could have given me contact information of some kind so I could follow up with USPS for more info on the status of the job. Instead, all the times I called I was told that Printivity followed through with what they needed to and that's all. It was extremely frustrating and I do not plan on using Printivity again for a printing/mailing job.

I'm sorry to hear that you did not have a good experience! Unfortunately, all of the factors you mentioned were described clearly in the Mailing Services: Getting Started document you reviewed and signed before the initial quote was finalized for your custom requests. The turnaround time was explicitly outlined from the start, and you were told directly that tracking a mailing piece's status after delivery to US Postal Service was not included. We hope to work with you again in the future, and we're confident that the standard services and UPS delivery as offered on our website will provide a much better experience.

I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order! That is never how we want our customers to feel. Your dedicated Customer Service Representative reached out to you, but we are still waiting to hear back. I see that you submitted your file with the pages formatted this way. Our Prepress team notified you of this when they sent your digital proof, but it looks like you still approved the proof along with the file concern warning you about this. In the future, you can reject that note and revise your file! We hope to have the opportunity to work with you again soon!

wrong font size and style used so i could not use the booklets. i specifically stated the required font size had to be the same as the draft sent and it was not not even readable. I sent previous evaluations but doesn't appear to have been received. I ask that the booklets be reproduced with the proper font size 12 pt century schoolbook and style like the draft I sent and not shrunk. Please advise.

Just not great. Crappy Service, Mistake after mistake. I still have not recvied my order. No update, nothing. I would not use again. There has to be a better company than this.

My business cards have unreadable contact info. I talked to someone in person and there has been no followup. I get generic emails about being sorry and. theyll check on that. All I want is my cards printed ledigle or a refund.
