The printed pieces look great. However, I had to explain one folded piece something like 7 times to customer service before you got it right.

The final product came out great, but during the proofing process it did seem like there were some silly errors that made the process frustrating, and delayed the process unnecessarily. For example the first proof simply had two pages in the wrong order. The second proof simply did not include all of the pages submitted. It sometimes felt like my notes describing the errors were not being actual being read. It took three rounds of proofs before the project could proceed to printing, and at no point were there actually changes needed to the files submitted: we simply needed all of the pages submitted to actually be included in the proof in the correct order. Even with the delays that caused, the project was still printed and delivered in a timely manner, and the print quality was high.

We loved the quality of the booklets we ordered, the ease of the proof approval process, and above all the SPEED with which our 30 page document was printed and shipped. We'll definitely be back for other print projects.

I would have given the service 5 stars. The printing was excellent, as always, but the delivery cost nearly doubled the total price.

Print quality is very good. Pages are in the print order i requested. The only thing i wish was the paper was slightly heavier. But otherwise fantastic!

The paper and print quality was great! We had one page that looked a little pixelated which was likely do to a bad image but it was not obvious in the proof. That would have been helpful because we could have replaced it. Overall very happy with quick turnaround and quality. Just a better proof or an alert for the low res would have helped make 5 stars.

Ordering is easy, and shipped items get here when they are scheduled. About 95% satisfied with final items, some banding on black pages is evident.
