Thank you for taking the time to speak with me this morning! I am so glad that we were able to find a resolution that was satisfactory. We're shipping you some complimentary paper samples to reference before your next order, and we truly look forward to working with you on your future projects!

Horrible print + binding quality
The print quality of the saddle stitch booklets was abhorrent. The edges were trimmed far into the safety area, and spread alignment was off by as much as 1/3". This is my second time using this company—the first time was so bad they offered us store credit, which is the only reason we tried using them again. Terrible. It's cheap for a reason.

This is certainly not the experience we want our customers to have, and I apologize that this year’s order also had the same issue as your order from a year ago! Our Customer Service team has offered to replace the books, but I’ve just seen confirmation that you’ve requested other compensation. While I wish we had been able to provide you with the positive experience we pride ourselves on, I’m glad to see that we were able to arrive at a resolution for you.

Mom's Cookbook Project
I worked on this cookbook project, putting all of my mothers recipes together for a really long time- YEARS- Someone told me that Printivity was excellent so I sent the file to them- At first I only ordered 5 copies- But they are so beautiful- I just ordered 12 more- My family is so happy- And the customer service was fantastic. I felt like they understood how much work went into it and how important the final product was to me. THANK YOU PRINTIVITY.
