It was not bright enough. It just seemed faded - the pictures and the font, like a printer running low on ink. I was not happy with them at all, but I didn't have time to do anything about it because I needed them.

The 44-page saddle-stitch newsletters were delivered on time, with a tracking number emailed out before their delivery date. The correct number of copies were sent, neatly bundled together. The colors came out well and the proof approval process was very efficient.
