i had a problem with the shipping and also the info on the website is not clear enough like scamming but i recieved the camera anyway and am trying it out

I ordered a Canon Video camera, extra battery and charger, extra 32GB chip and remote audio mikes... They called made several suggestions and in fact saved me some money and sold me things that would work rather than the ones I ordered which would not work with my camera. The only issue is that I can acquire the remote mike system cheaper from other sources, but all of the rest of their prices are super... All in all I would rather deal with them rather then send the audio stuff back, get a refund and reorder somewhere else. After all what you might lose on the peaches you should be able to make up on the pears !! One more thing. They have some of the best prices in the business and amazing and professional customer service that seems to actually have knowledge and understanding about their products. They also shipped my order extremely fast and well packaged. I received my order just days after placing it.

I was satisfies with the product. But one thing i felt tat needs to be improved is the response time. I received my order after 17 days.

Thank you for providing me with a great new Canon Rebel T3 at the best price on the internet. Shipping was a little slow, but it was during the short break between Christmas & New Years, so I'll grant them a little leeway. The camera itself is perfect and came exactly as advertised.
