I ordered 10 days ago and I get a message today to call about my order. I contacted them but the agent was argumentative trying to sell me a battery. I was already upset at this point and told him to cancel my order. The reason I went to order from this company was the ratings but not sure what really happened and how I fell for it. They should have at least apologized but the agent was not very friendly at all so I cancelled my order.

i clicked to order a nikon s9300 very easy to check out and place an order they called me just to verify the billing info on the account and they told me 7 days to arrive .

They contacted me to confirm my order and the camera I was ordering it for to make sure they were compatible before shipping. Great communication and customer service. Assuming everything arrives in good shape, I am very happy with this purchase. The price can't be beat!

ordered nikon 1j1 camera told me the black is out of stock and they called me to inform me of that and gave me red color instead of same price . great communication
