Parts were shipped properly and recieved quickly!

Good company to trade with. I'll buy again
I ordered the wrong item and realized it later on that night. I got up to cancel the order the next morning and it had already shipped, very fast service. I explained to customer service what I had done so she double checked to see had it shipped. After confirmed, she gave me instructions on how to get a refund. Once they got the shipment back they refunded my money immediately. This is a good company to do business with.

Did They really Help??
Bottom line- the part was bad. They refunded my purchase. Other than that, there was little help. I provided all the information needed for an alternate part, including offering to pay an additional cost- to get a replacement. For the request for assistance- all I got was " here's your money back"... Seeing electrical sparks arcing in the car door from a "new-in-box" part and getting no response from the company makes me really wonder why I would trust ording from Prime Choice ever again.

MISSLEADING ADS ON EBAY WOULD NOT BUY FROM OR DEAL WITH AGAIN
Lists on Ebay using fits for search. Then we it dose not fit or work on your application expect you to pay return shipping and 15% restocking fee. When I search 91 Taurus rotors and you auction comes up I expect them to fit what I was searching. kit did not work for 91 it fit 94 up. now they expect me to repay return shipping, and on top of that they updated their listing to include a list of what it fits. will never use again.
