Good struts. I would buy again

i ordered 2 wheel bearing hubs on 10-9-2015 was promised they would ship out the same day they sent me a tracking number stating they were shipped out today is monday 10-12-2015 i called and asked why were they not shipped out yet i was told this there busy season the items are still not shipped out as of 10-12-1015 look at there reviews and there feedback on ebay also buyers beware bad business and liars.

What a mess order hub assembly took 6 days to come to front door which was expected. Now here is the issue hub bearing has high pitch squeaking right after install. Call customer service they required for me to remove the hub and to take a picture of the hub and send email and wait for reply wow! now i have to wait for there reply on of course 48 hours later still waiting . Also- called to check on status on hold for 15 min no answer. Meanwhile my car in in the garage waiting on answer if they are going to replace or refund. You do save money but at a price !!!!! might not be worth it can just imagine if i had to pay a mechanic for this back and forth stuff! so think about how much your really saving if it takes 2 weeks and counting to replace part

I have placed at least four orders with this company and have to say that their pricing is amazing, they are by far the lowest you will find anywhere. To top that is they ship for free and all packages that I ordered were delivered to my door step. Nice. Shipping does cost this company, it's not free. I did have a problem with my last order with some oxygen sensors. Two worked but two didn’t. The two that didn’t work were the same part numbers. Contacted PC and they sent me another oxygen sensor at no cost. Nice, but unfortunately I received the same results. I think there is a problem with the sensors and I also noticed that they have also stopped selling them. The part is currently listed as out of stock. So far I have been treated fairly and have no complaints. It's not their fault a part doesn't work. I trust that they will deal with me fairly and if not that's ok too. I was very satisfied with my first orders and as far as the money side I will still be ahead of the game overall on the products that I have received from PC.

Worst CS ever. Part listed for my truck, once received it was not the correct part. CS accepted return but would not refund shipping cost even after proving is was their mistake. Check out the negative feedback on ebay, I'm not the first they have pulled this on. BUYER BEWARE! Do a google search and review their feedback before buying.

Ordered front break kit and received the incorrect parts. I called to see if I could exchange for the correct parts and , although the service person was pleasant, she would not provide a label for return shipping. Nor do they offer exchanges - you have to return the item and order a new set. Being a rather heavy package it would cost me more than it would be worth to return the item. I will also say (in addition to being the wrong parts) that the parts themselves were of mediocre quality. I ended up spending a little more at a local auto store and getting a better quality and more complete kit which included new clips and lubricant (which were not in the Prime Choice kit).

I purchased a quickstrut for my 09 malibu ...and as soon s i got it put on... i cut my wheel from backing out of the garage it started making a binding bing sound... I got ahold of primechoice and they were great on sending me another one..providing a picture of the assembly taken off of my car and a mechanics note. ....Which is also a giant pain because I need my car in the meantime to drive my three kids to school and myself.. So, I just got the replacement put on and its Clunking terribly. .even over small cracks in the road... I called my mechanic and he told me to go buy a link kit and bring it out... So I went out and got it put on and it didn't change a thing. .. I now have had 2 bad complete struts and can't afford to keep taking it to a mechanic.... Really annoyed at this point... so i ordered a set of drilled and slotted rotors for my 2010 camaro ss got it all in opened the rotors an wow im in love , opened the crushed box that had the pads in it they were also shipped right in between both the rotors an after seeing the box im not surprised to find two brake pads that have a huge chunk of meterial busted off of them probly from the rotors smashing them hard in shipping but i emailed primechoice on ebay an they reply send them a pic wich im not able to do at the moment , there responses are extremely slow and not very helpful , shipping was fast though
