GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
I bought a headlight and it was found that one of the adjustment mechanisms was faulty. I contacted Prime Choice via eBay and they responded VERY quickly and shipped out a replacement to me asap, no cost to me, and it got installed and adjusted and car passed inspection. THANK-YOU! Great job, I will buy again from Prime Choice Auto Parts!

A highly unusual situation that they handled with complete professionalism
I had recently bought a used Grand Prix after my Focus was hit and destroyed. After I bought it I began to upgrade some of the cosmetic parts I can change out in my garage over the weekend. I ordered the parts online, they shipped them straight away. I hesitated to put the new parts in, and while that project was on hold, I took my Grand Prix in for some suspension work & a oil change, only to find out that it needed extensive repairs to the brakes, steering, suspension and some engine repair (totaling more than $3200). I IMMEDIATELY sold the car (literally to the mechanic - a family friend)! I called Prime Choice later that day, they understood the unusual circumstance, we worked out some of the logistics and I shipped all of the parts I had bought back to them. Fortunately, I hadn't opened the boxes they were shipped in, so that made it easier since no one needed to determine if there was damage caused to the parts. Shortly after they had received the parts they promptly refunded the cost of the purchase directly back to my debit card.
