Thieves and Liars They took my money, never came, then charged me more for a guarantee move date, and then dodged my calls and never showed. I'm going to have to take legal action. I hope they go under and all get cancer.

You must be kidding me. These positive reviews have to be a bot. Priceline is a BROKER (Daniel Specter), once they take your deposit and set a date of pickup, they refer your business to a real moving company, in my case, Always Moving Inc. A customer service rep called the day before to confirm the time. My furniture was to be picked up on Wednesday June 30th from a window time frame between 8 am and 5 pm which is a stretch, but I took off of work anyway. I waited until 2 pm and no one had called or shown up. I called her back, she called the dispatcher, and I was then told they could pick up the next day between 8 and 5 pm because they were busy. Someone could have at least called ahead of time and I wouldnt be writing this review. They have my money, I have to move this week, I'm stuck, they got me. DO NOT USE PRICELINE LOGISTICS.

THIS COMPANY IS A BIG SCAM AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!! I received my first quote on April 23, 2021 for $2,180 to move my things from Los Angeles to CT, and gave a deposit of $893. On May 3, 2021, on my inventory assurance call, I added some furniture letting them know I was unsure if I would be taking the additional items, but wanted to be safe and not sorry. My estimate increased to $2861, and I had to give another$ 400 for my deposit. They guaranteed me my price would drop if I did not take these additional items. I called back 2 days later to let them know I sold the furniture items that I would not be taking these additional items. Instead of refunding me the $400, they said the movers would square up with me when they arrived and would lower my price when they got there. THIS WAS A LIE!! Even though I was guaranteed the price would not increase, when the movers got to my home, they informed me that the price had increased to an additional $3600!! That brought my estimate from $2280 to $4800!! I called the company Immediately and they said they would take care of it on their end and to go ahead and let the movers start taking my things. Once finished, the movers said the price had not changed and I needed to pay them at least $1000 in cash on the spot. Since I had already paid $1200, and was only supposed to give half of the balance upon pick up…this was only supposed to five $500. I called the company back several times and no one would answer. I was put to voicemail several times…left on my own by the company with men in my home that now had my stuff…so I had to pay. I called the company daily from that point for several weeks to ask about my refund. I was continually told they had not received the “bill of lading” and I must have increased the load. I told them I had pictures of my stuff and my copy of the bill of lading but they would not budge with my refund and said they needed it from the movers who came. I called several times per week for a month. I left messages, talked to several different people and was given the run around every time. Westly, who promised he would take care of my move personally, never once returned my calls. I spoke to a man named Craig, a woman named Ms. Maxwell and several others and no one would help me. I was told the company would deliver my stuff in 7-10 days, it took 6 weeks. When the movers arrived, I had to pay an additional $2600 cash. This move ended up costing me $4800, more than double the original estimate. And the company lost 3 of my boxes!! This company is a scam and the employees are liars. They promise you they will be there 24/7 to assist with any problems. Instead, they don’t take your calls, they put you to voicemail, they make excuses, and lie right to your face if you are lucky enough to get a human on the phone. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!

WORST moving brokers ever. The salesman Travis Joseph is a lying SNAKE. They reel you in with low ball estimate and get a deposit so you end up stuck. They contract with terrible van line. No communication. I have left several messages with their "relocation specialists" and no one has called me back. Customer service is not much better. Called at least five times and all they do is offer to call the van line and call me back the next day. They never do and it takes several calls to get someone on the phone. My things were picked up on 5/18, it is now 6/6 and they don't even have an estimated delivery date. They also cannot tell me where my belongings actually are, not to mention what kind of conditions they are being kept in. I paid $6800 so far and owe more if it ever gets delivered. This company is a FRAUD. DO NOT USE. Their slogan is "helping you move every step of the way" is such a lie. This has been a miserable experience.

They have great sales people “ Waylon” that make promises they can’t keep. After hours customer service number mailbox was full. Dispatch could not find a carrier to pick up my small move and left my college student daughter stranded in New Orleans with her least up. Horrible do not believe a word their salesperson say. They must work on commission just to take your deposit.

It’s really difficult to put into words how awful our experience with Priceline Logistics was. We were lied to, led on, misinformed, kept in the dark, and just flat out disrespected throughout the process. Before I dive in, I want to state that the actual movers on both the pick up and delivery were professional, pleasant, and kept our things intact without breaking anything. This has more to do with the company as a whole and their staff. It started with our sales rep. When booking the move through Priceline, he told me our items would be delivered to the final destination between 7-8 days. Sounded awesome. When taking inventory, he told me to just go ahead and list all the items in my apartment, and whatever we didn’t end up moving we wouldn’t be charged for. I thought that was a fair deal. The week of our move, another rep called to confirm the date and inventory. I told that rep that we would be moving significantly fewer items than previously stated and the old rep said we wouldn’t be charged. This new guy said that wasn’t in company policy and that we we’re still “getting a great rate.” So there’s one time we were lied to. Remember when the original rep said it would be 7-8 days for the delivery? Well, it ended up being a full 30 days. I would not have been so upset about that timeline if we weren’t previously told otherwise. Because of the delay, I took off work when I didn’t need to, we had house guests that were going to stay with us but couldn’t, and we had to change our plans multiple times. The week after our items were picked up (the move was on a Friday), I called to confirm that our things would be delivered in the next couple of days. That customer service rep told me that our things had not even left the warehouse. This happened three more times. One time, a customer service rep told me that they had three trucks lined up for our move in case the first two canceled so they could get out on time. Guess what? Somehow all three trucks canceled and our move got delayed once more. Again, just blatant lying by everyone in this company. We were also told by Priceline that we’d be compensated for each day our items weren’t delivered after 21 days. So that would have been nine days. Cool. Once our things were finally delivered, I called Priceline about how we’d receive that refund/compensation. They told me the best they could do was $50. WHAT IN THE WORLD. While that’s completely unacceptable, I said fine and they sent me a document to sign electronically, which they voided the same day with no explanation why. If you can’t already tell from this review, I would absolutely not recommend working with Priceline Logistics for any move because they will lie to you and weasel money out of you and set expectations they can’t meet, all while simply saying, “I understand you’re upset.” Clearly they don’t understand and they don’t care. Horrible experience, horrible customer service.

If I can save just one person from getting ripped off by this company I'll be very happy. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS, EVER!!!!! I was not only lied to by the representative who I booked my move with, but was lied to by multiple other representatives. It seems to be the norm there. Not only that but they didn't show up on the day they were supposed to and showed up 2 hours late the next pick-up date. Not to mention that the delivery didn't arrive when it was supposed to. The end result was frustration, distress and sleepless nights, not to mention twice as much money as I was initially quoted. Save yourself, and your wallet, the headaches that come with Priceline Logistics. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS!!!!!
