This company is a scam. All they will do is take your money. In the beginning they seem all professional once you sign contract. That is it you will not hear from them. You will be dealing with unprofessional movers. They will charge you more money once they pick up your items stating it's more then protected, they arrived one day late to pick up items. The movers will go back and forth with Logistics Priceline on when you will get your items. My contact started at $1500 ended up paying $4000. Not only that some of my items were damaged and missing. Not only that they left items of another family. I tried to reach out to logistics priceline everyday for more then 1 month 1/2. To realize my items were in a storage for almost 3 weeks.
Save the headache they are a SCAM!! I HAVE PICTURES TO PROVE IT.

These guys are a scam outfit
These guys are a scam outfit. Josh was the name of the contact that my 83 year old mom got screwed from. He is a liar that does not return calls. He is nothing but a middle man that subs out all work to the lowest bidder. My mother in the process of moving from California to Virginia has still not received her worldly possessions including my fathers ashes. She has now waited 4 months and nobody will help her. This is elder abuse at the highest level. She has paid almost 15K and still does not have her belongings. As I speak I have calls into the attorney general of California Nevada Florida and Virginia. Stay far away from this thief

DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS
DO NOT BOOK WITH PRICELINE LOGISTICS
On March 27th, 2021, I booked my move from St. Louis, Missouri to Brooklyn, New York with Priceline Logistics LLC, a moving services broker. They sold my move to a moving company named American Home Relocation who picked up my belongings on April 29th with a promise to deliver on May 4th. On May 2nd, I packed my car with nothing more than an overnight bag and drove across the country to Brooklyn. It has been an on-going nightmare ever since.
I had called both companies nearly everyday, with promises to be called back with information only to have to call again the next day. American Home Relocation demanded additional funds, without which they’ve indicated they will continue to hold my things in an undisclosed location, as well as insisting that I sign a liability release with an incomplete list of my items. Over 60 days later, demanding more additional funds for a delivery to another state and forcing me to arrange my own pick up. This latest action has led me to seek legal counsel.. Priceline Logistics, who as the broker should be advocating for me, refused to communicate to me and they were also unresponsive to my lawyers attempts for communication.
I’ve talked with others who have been similarly victimized and have, as well, documented various addresses, names, aliases, media reports and personal testimonials regarding this pattern of business.
I have filed complaints with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, The Attorney General in Missouri, the Federal Trade Commission, the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Better Business Bureau. I have filed a police report with the Carol Stream Police Department.
I got a lawyer and wrote a letter with my story, links to my filed complaints, and all the information I compiled from other peoples stories and history about these companies. We sent the letter to Priceline Logistics and American Home Relocation with our intention to send it out to the press. After that, my things were delivered. 69 days after it was promised.
There was no communication from Priceline Logistics or American Home Relocation. When I reached out to Priceline Logistics to get a discount they had promised me before, they refused. When I tried to get in touch with American Home Relocation to find out what happened to the things that didn’t make it on the truck, I couldn't get through. I want to do everything I can now to make sure no one else makes the same mistake I made.

Worst scam company around.
I contacted Priceline Logistics back in January for a move that would take place in May. On Wednesday, May 26, I was told that the movers would come May 29, between 3-5. The people moving into our house were told the news and planned on moving in on May 30.Never came, never got a call. I called Priceline emergency number and was told that the movers were delayed at previous job and they would come the next day at 10. Next day at 10 no one showed. I called and was told 2-4. When I asked about the changes I was told “our policy couldn’t be more black and white” that the window of time is just a suggestion and any time or day is allowed. At 4:30 pm still nothing. I finally got the driver and he said 7:30pm, but if he left now he could be there in an hour with one truck and leave the other truck behind with his movers.. The people that bought our house were moved in/moving in and unpacking. We couldn’t wait for the truck to come. My wife and I proceeded to move every single piece of furniture that we own out of the house and placed it in the front yard. THE ENTIRE CONTENTS OF MY HOUSE WAS SITTING IN THE FRONT YARD and we had to do it. Around 6pm the truck showed up. The driver got out and realized he had no supplies - no blankets or pads or anything. I started complaining to the driver about the mess so far. He told me that he is from Flat Price Movers out of New Jersey and he just found out about my move yesterday (May 29). This new guy wanted to charge extra for wrapping my mirrors and other stuff. I told him that I already listed these items on my inventory with Priceline - they knew about this stuff and gave me my quote. He said he does not work for Priceline and they have their own policies. He said his truck holds 2100 cubic feet and my stuff filled the entire truck. A 26 foot Uhaul truck holds exactly 1682 cubic feet, but I was billed for 2100. He wanted 75% now and 25% at delivery. I told him it was 50% now and 50% at delivery. Again, not his policy. I went to pay with a credit card and he said there is a charge for doing that. AGAIN, not what I was told, but that’s his policy. I didn’t carry $4000 cash with me and the banks were closed and my checks were packed (all because I was told by Priceline that I could use my credit card). I had to borrow $4000 cash from my neighbor just so I can pay to have my stuff loaded on the truck. My delivery window is well over 20 days, which I was told 7-10 days when I booked. Every single thing that was pitched to me during the original phone call to Priceline was different. When the other truck showed up with the movers, their trash went into my neighbors yard. It was never picked up. Movers finally left at 11:27pm. I picked Priceline based on reviews, but they sub-contract out to any mover they want - even ones that can be horrible. There is no customer service and no one returns phone calls.
Update June 1: Finally got someone to answer my calls from Priceline customer support. I explained my situation. Never got any sympathy. I did get something along the lines of “we have lawyers that make sure our forms are drafted right.”
Update June 5: I got a call from the delivery driver saying they will be dropping my stuff off tomorrow morning (June 6). We weren’t supposed to get our stuff til June 18th. When they picked up the guy asked what day would I want and I told them June 13th would be great. I asked the delivery guy to hold my stuff and put it in storage (since I was promised 30 days free storage from Priceline - yet another LIE). NOPE, they don't provide that service. I immediately jumped in my car and started driving across the country - 5 days earlier than was planned, leaving my family behind. I ended up calling a neighbor, who I never met, and had him sign for me. He also had to pay because you had to pay with cash. I asked the movers to move the master bedroom furniture and my oldest daughters furniture upstairs. Nothing else needed to be assembled or placed anywhere. He agreed. When I finally got to my house the only things upstairs were mattresses.
