Priceline LogisticsReviews of pricelinelogistics.com

We hired this company to assist us in a move from New York to Utah. Customer service contacted us a number of times to better understand our needs and expectations. The movers arrived promptly on our pick up date and were very professional.

DON NOT USE THEM!!!! My experience with this company is absolutely terrible and I warn anyone who uses them. Blake Stephens told me my belonging would arrive in 5-7 business days. The movers at my home told me 5-7 business days as well. No one replies to my emails, you cant get anyone on the phone and overall it is terrible customer service. The WORST I have ever seen in from any company! It has now been 8 business days I finally got someone on the phone and they told it would be an additional two weeks! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!

So I have been reading reviews on and I noticed that orginally most of the customer's started off with 2500 dollar price. Than I noticed that when after I talk to a sales man by price damn near double.

Me and my wife had an amazing experience with Priceline logistics! We where very nervous with never Moving out of state before and Travis Joseph not only guided us through the entire process with ease but made it very comfortable for the both of us! I would definitely suggest this company and Travis to anyone I know making a longboard distance move!!

There are three phases to a move. Pickup, waiting, and delivery. I hired Priceline to move my sister. Pickup went well. They were on time and the guys did a good job packing and loading. We are in phase two: waiting. This has been terrible. Pickup was February 25th. We were told the furniture would be consolidated and moved, and we would be contacted with a window for delivery. We expected 2 weeks more or less. It has been more than 6 weeks, and we still don't have a delivery date. We have been told three times that the furniture is loaded and "on the way". When calling Priceline, they read a script basically. The carrier is having issues, but "you should get delivery by the end of this week". We've heard that for three weeks now. If you use this company, be sure to ask specifically about delivery. Communication with Priceline and their mover is terrible. The stuff is either in a warehouse, or on a truck. There is no excuse not to know how long it will take to deliver, within a day or two. Giving inaccurate estimates just ruins their credibility. I got to the point where I wondered if they were scammers, and if we would ever see the furniture again. Update: The mover first told me on March 12th that the furniture was loaded and would ship the next day. He later told me it actually shipped on March 26th. They have told me for three weeks now that it would deliver "this week". Their "delivery dates" have come and gone with no communication from them.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They will promise you everything and give you nothing!! They also use fly by night moving companies who do NOT care about you or your stuff!! I hired these robbers back in July to move my mom and the company that THEY hired was 2 days late, the driver got into a accident with the truck then we had to wait 3 in a half months just to get part of her things!! The stuff we did get was either broken or damaged!! When we tried to file a claim we couldn’t because we didn’t have a inventory sheet!! They kicker of they story is once my mom FINALLY got her stuff the trucking company charged her more!! This IS the worst company ever!! Don’t give these people your hard earn money!! Please run away if you are thinking about using this company

PSA! The worst business encounter I have ever had! Unprofessional, late and not responsive. Impossible to get a hold of! I AM TRYING TO HELP ALL FUTURE CUSTOMERS! YOU ARE BETTER OFF MOVING YOURSELF WITH A HORSE AND BUGGY! After some investigating and talking to other customers I found out that they try to bribe people to take negative comments down! Priceline, how about you reimburse the unexpected $2,500 extra I had to spend because you under quoted me. THEY EVEN CHARGED ME FOR HOW MANY STEPS THE MOVERS TAKE TO GET UP TO MY SECOND STORY APARTMENT. Then showed up 19 days after their guaranteed date! THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!

Critical: Value I had scheduled a move with this company and I did my due diligence BUT they go by Cubic feet this is why they ask how many boxes you have. We asked for a certain sized truck ALL for ourselves. Instead we were locked into a 900 Cubic feet space which is way too small for our needs. When I found out about this luckily it was within the 72 hours when you can cancel with a refund, however they tried to take $109 for some fee. And I fought this and got a full refund waver signed. I see Google reviews as very good but I think these are PAID reviews, not real. When I did more searching I see a lot of customers complain paying a HUGE fee when their move was OVER the cubic foot they estimated for you! That is when I checked my own paperwork and I saw they had tried to cheat us this way. Do I recommend them, I do not feel they are a horrible experience but lesson learned and I pass that onto you. They are just a middle man so you are paying for them to find you drivers
