This moving company moved me so well that I really have no complaints! They were in and out very quickly. They moved all my things with care and respect. The moved me cross country without any damages or stress. Their customer service was very helpful and informative. And the boys also helped a lot at the new place. It really was a smooth move! No damages at all! Also, their price was low and it did not change in the end. I highly recommend Priceline Logistics to all! They are worth it!

DO NOT use this company - Priceline Logistics. I paid their brokerage fee of over $1300 to ship my car and my furniture. At the very last minute, they failed to ship the car and I had to hire another company at $1500 to do that. This was one day before my flight - moving from CA to PA. They refuse to reimburse be half of the brokerage fee. They are the most dishonest company I have every dealt with. Also, the estimate for my total shipping costs was $2,800, but I ended up paying $5,700 due to all of their failures. Jay Bisbing

Priceline Logistics is NOT a moving company. It is just a middleman that will charge you an exorbitant hidden fee. This will be a long review because I want potential customers to understand how this company operates, and to know of my experiences. Business model: 1. Pretends to be a moving company. Offers a deceptively low quote to hook customers, knowing that the actual moving company they subcontract will drastically increase the cost. Charges an enormous hidden fee for their services, which is not mentioned in communications and is not listed in receipts. 2. Subcontracts to actual movers, without regard to the quality of movers. Because Priceline Logistics LLC is not actually a moving company, they absolve themselves of all damages incurred during the move. The moving company that ended up moving my things had VERY power ratings online and destroyed my furniture. They also charged double my quote. Priceline Logistics LLC initially quoted me $1,700, but on the day of the move, I was told that the price was actually $3,300. This is despite going over my inventory twice on the phone with both Priceline Logistics LLC AND the moving company. When I contacted Priceline Logistics LLC regarding this, they told me that they were not responsible for any changes in costs and for any damages, and then ignored all further communications. To make matters worse, the moving company only gave me a 4 hour's notice of arrival, despite Priceline Logistics LLC and the moving company repeatedly telling me that I would get at least 24 hour's notice. 3. Bribes customers to delete negative reviews in order to maintain their high ratings. Two months after I left negative reviews on multiple websites, I was contacted by a Priceline Logistic LLC's customer services representative, who offered me $50 to delete my review. The bribe was masked by calling it "a good faith adjustment", and the representative tried to press the opinion that I owed it to Priceline Logistics LLC to help them maintain their image because they were offering this "good faith adjustment". After I declined, she upped the offer to $100, then $200, then $250. She asked me what value I would accept, and I told her I just wanted a refund amount that would adjust the cost to my original quote of $1,700. Since I was charged $3,300, this would have meant a $1,600 refund. The representative told me this was not possible, because Priceline Logistics LLC made $918 off of working with me, and they would not refund any amount near that number. It was then that I discovered Priceline Logistics LLC had charged me a hidden fee, and looking through receipts, this $918 was not listed anywhere. I declined her offer of $250, and thanked her for her time and gesture of apology. 4. Rack up good reviews from customers who were unknowingly duped and who had positive experiences with the actual subcontracted moving companies. Use these good reviews to hook and dupe new customers. The man who hooked me in my initial phone call bragged that Priceline Logistics LLC "averages over 4 stars on every review site", and that they were very a "very trustworthy moving company". This was my experience and my interpretation of my experiences with my move. I am not saying you will absolutely have a bad experience if you choose to work with Priceline Logistics LLC. I am just saying that you will be charged an exorbitant hidden fee, that you will not know who your actual movers will be (and whether they will be good or bad), and that Priceline Logistics LLC will NOT be helpful if you have a bad experience.

Priceline Logistics and I had quite a experience with my move across country. Everything that could’ve gone wrong, did. In hindsight I learned it was the perfect storm. Zee is their operations manager, Jameika is her right right hand and Michael is the business manager. I spoke with these people several times through the end of June and most of July trying to get to the bottom of what was a huge mess in the beginning. They put forth their efforts and I eventually lost my patience. What I didn’t know until the very end was that this moving season was expected to be very slow due to covid-19. What everyone involved learned was that it ended up being one of the busiest moving seasons of a lifetime. Michael welcomed a beautiful baby into the world and took some expected time off and then fell ill with covid directly after, taking him out of the office for about 4 weeks. This unfortunately left so much on Zee’s plate and even with all of her efforts and working overtime (with her family to care for on top of everything else) and with Jameika by her side, the workload proved to be an almost impossible task. Toward the tail end of this crazy fiasco is when Michael reached out. He bridged the gap in a very professional and personal manner. He thus filled in the gaps and answered my questions of confusion and got things going in a progressive manner. Even tho no one was at fault per say, and the culprit was life’s natural ability to throw a wrench into spokes, he resolved the issue with one week and everyone involved was able to move on with life in a positive fashion. Priceline Logistics and more specifically Michael, Zee and Jameika worked very hard in turning an unfortunate mishap into something very positive. If you’re looking for a moving company that treats you as a person and not just a dollar sign and one that cares about satisfying all your moving needs to the tail end of a naturally stressful ordeal, this company is the one for hire. I spent few days researching several moving companies and Priceline logistics llc had pretty good reviews. So, I hired them to move my storage content from NJ to TX. The whole process was finished in seven days and most importantly nothing was dented or broken during the process. They did everything perfectly. Thanks a lot guys.

The quote was perfect for us and the pickup was very quick. We had no problem what so ever. The drop off was slated for after 5 days and the goods arrived on time and damage free. The company stuck to their promise and charged us only what we had agreed to and yes they did give us the discount. This was very professional of them, the packers also helped us to setup the house and they places our belongings as agreed and to perfection. Scam artists!!! DO NOT USE! Increased quote by 50% at the time of pickup and I was totally misled and misquoted! Rude, unresponsive, and showed up late!
