Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. I completely hear you—it can be frustrating to see a full monthly charge when your listing was only synced for a few days. To provide some context on how our system works: Billing is triggered as soon as a listing becomes active during a cycle. You are correct that we do not currently offer prorated charges, but I understand how that can feel like a gap in value when you're just getting started. That being said, we really value feedback like yours because it helps us identify where we can improve our service. I’d like to have our team take a closer look at your specific billing concern to see if there is any way we can assist. Could you please drop us a quick note at [email protected]? We’ll jump in and review the details for you right away. Thank you again, and we look forward to hearing from you! Warm regards, Anurag

Hello, We sincerely apologize for your experience with our customer service. We recognize how frustrating waiting for support can be and understand that prompt assistance is crucial. We currently offer screenshare calls, which we believe are more effective than phone calls. These are usually scheduled for 15 minutes but can be extended if needed. We’ve shared your feedback with our support team to improve our response times and ensure our users can access the help they need promptly. In the meantime, please reach out directly at 📧 [email protected], and we’ll prioritize assisting you so you can fully benefit from the platform. Warm regards, Anurag

Hi Andy, Thank you for sharing your experience candidly. We’re sorry to hear that PriceLabs did not meet your expectations—both in terms of pricing performance and, more importantly, your billing experience. We understand how frustrating it is to see a charge after you believe your subscription was canceled, especially when you’ve already reached out with supporting details. That’s certainly not the experience we aim to provide, and we appreciate you calling this out. While we can’t discuss account-specific details publicly, our team is always open to reviewing such cases again to ensure everything was handled correctly and fairly. Regarding performance, results can vary depending on market dynamics, listing setup, and how long the tool is actively used, but we understand that if you didn’t see meaningful improvement, that impacts trust just as much as the billing concern. If there’s anything else you’d like to discuss, please feel free to reach out at 📧 [email protected]. We’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review this more closely and address your concerns. Warm regards, Anurag
