Hello Can, We’re sorry to hear that your experience with PriceLabs did not deliver the results you expected, particularly given the impact you feel it had on your revenue. PriceLabs’ recommendations are influenced by several factors beyond the base price, including seasonality, demand patterns, holidays, events, and booking trends. That said, we understand your concern that the outcome may have felt like the algorithm was working against your business even when you believed your base price was appropriate. We would appreciate the opportunity to look more closely at the specific dates and market conditions you experienced, rather than making assumptions about what happened. If you’re willing to share your account details with our team, we’d be happy to review this with you and better understand where the pricing strategy may have fallen short. Please feel free to reach out at 📧 [email protected]. Warm regards, Anurag
